Undergraduate Library
From U of I Wiki
The Undergraduate Library, known informally as the "Undergrad," or "UGL," (as letters or pronounced YOO-gul) is the main library for undergraduate students at the Urbana-Champaign campus.
The library is underground because had it been built above ground it would have cast a shadow over the Morrow Plots field next to it. The Morrow Plots are the oldest field experiment in the United States.
An underground Espresso Royale Café is located just west of the library, and a tunnel beyond it leads to the Main Library. The library is located between the Main Library and Morrow Plots. Its address is 1408 West Gregory Drive in Urbana, Illinois.
