[edit] Course Offerings
Unit One courses are university classes offered in Allen Hall with priority given to its residents. The exact course offerings change each semester but always include ones that freshmen will find useful to fulfill general education requirements such as mythology of Greece and Rome, macroeconomic principles, introduction to fiction, calculus, introduction to psychology, and introduction to sociology.
[edit] Guests-In-Residence
Guests are brought in to live in Allen Hall, usually for a week, and hold at least one event, such a lecture, per day that is open to the public.

Allen Hall has several of its own student groups. These make announcements in the weekly Allen-Hall-wide newsletter Allenotes.
