Unnamed Campus Property Management complex

The unnamed Campus Property Management complex will be an 11-story apartment complex that will be owned by Campus Property Management. It is expected to be completed in July 2010.
Its site will be at the former National City bank at 201 E. Green St. in Champaign.
The complex is expected to house 112 units, commercial space and a fitness center. Amenities include:
- 56 four-bedroom apartments
- 28 two-bedroom units
- 28 three-bedroom units
- 2,500 square feet of commercial space
- Parking for 200 vehicles will be included on the ground through third floors
- Apartments on the fourth through 10th floors
- Roof deck with a swimming pool and an outdoor recreation area with a running track on the 11th floor
